Mask and more

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to make a mist hunter nin mask(from Naruto, Haku wears one). I do not know what material to use to make it.
Also I was wondering if anyone would know how to make the sholder pads for a rogue from Ragnarok Online. I dont know the material for this either.

you can edit, there's a button for it.
for the mask- will papier-mache work?
and as for the Rogue (ah, gotta love RO ^^)- are you doing the sprite version or the
art version?
I'm thinking either more papier-mache or look at the armour topics at the top of the main costume/prop construction page. Or cutting some hollow playground balls or something in half, whatever works for you. (Now that I think about it, they look like the red shells from the Mario games.)

Oh I can see the edit button now, it did not load before thanks. If anyone has anymore suggestions they would be very appretiated. And I am doing the sprite version not the art.
