Help attaching a fake beard to a real beard

Hey guys. So I've been cosplaying as Jesus from The Walking Dead for a couple of years now. I have a beard, so it's always been a part of my build. I'm going to Anaheim WonderCon this weekend and I'm going as Dumbledore with my niece because she's a huge Harry Potter fan and this is her first trip.
The only problem I have with my build is applying a fake beard to my actual beard. I don't want to shave it, so I was hoping you guys might have some suggestions on how I can successfully adhere my fake beard to my face.
