Sora from Kingdom Hearts, Yea... where doth i start????

So yea, my friend Matt said that he thinks I look alot like Selphi from FFVIII, but I wanna be Sora. Can you guys help me? I have seen picks of people that did him, and oh wow, I keep askin' myself, can I pull this off!? Oh by the way, I'm 15, so I am only one year ahead of Sora. (^^) I would really appreciate any help I could get. Like how to make/get his shoes, shorts, shirt, chains, key-sword. I'm thinkin' I can make 'em, but how?

I heard a guy made one from duct tape that kicked all the rest of the Soras. Start out with a plain jumpsuit pattern and ammend it to your liking. The jacket is very easy to do. Find a pattern you like, and make the base out of white, then sew black and blue strips over it.
You can buy chain links at Lowe's or Home Depot. Use that for the one on Sora's leg, and the base of his Keyblade. I would do the Kingdom Key to start off with. Make it out of PVC, sheet metal and polymer clay.
