Real models with computer backgrounds, how did they do it?

Hi all,
I just encountered this one (WARNING! this site is semi-adult.. kinda... so caution please)

My question is: if You look at the pix, its clear: they are using computer backgrounds with real cosplay models.
I'm thinking to do something similar with my next cosplays... (for print) I'm somewhat familiar with photoshop, but these aren't "shopped" as far as I can tell.
So what kind of software can do this, please, any suggestions?
