Lenne/Songstress Yuna Boot Pattern

I am trying to alter a pair of boots to look like Lenne/Songstress Yuna's. I have the fabric but was wondering if some one has a pattern for the two over layers. I want to make sure I get them to look just right. If anyone can offer some help I would be forever greatful.
