Try Sculpy, it's great for beginners as its easily molded.

If it's from Sailor Moon, then try websites where they sell latex ears. Try and find one that sells like Lord of the Ring ears or something...

You can always use a lightweight and bendable cardboard and cut out each fin, if you want to go really cheap. Though these can break really easily and stuff. x.x

Orrr... Do you know how to go about creating those fairy wings with the coathanger wires? You can always apply a simliar technique to the fin ears, if you wished to.

All you would have to do is create the wire frame out of a bendy wire, then find the corresponding coloured pantyhose and fix it up like that. ^^ That way, your ear-fins would also be transparent - If that is what you are after, of course. ^^

They have fin ears..but they are not JURI BIG.

i would suggest, wire and fabric..cut out 2 pieces ( 2 for each ear)
then sew them together..turn them inside out, then sew " tubes" for the wire to go in, slip the wire in and sew bottom shut for the " vein like cartalage (<---spellling??)". To attacht them to your ears...I would suggest making a wire wrap around earing, in other words it hooks around the top of your ear..as in where it attaches to your head, and goes around to hook into the inside lobe of you ear ( no piercing required) just make sure the ends are SAFE so they will not jab your ears!, then pain the wire the color of your skin.
For and extra finny look, get some modge podge and paint it over your ears..that way they would look more like wet, fishy skin.

Yay, something I know from expirience! I did Koto and my friend did Juri, sooo...here you go:

Use Fabric with a wire coat hanger to make them poseable. Or, if you dont want to use wire, just stitch it to make it look as if there was wire or actual ear parts.
