Anyone know how i can make Tasuki's fan from Fushigi Yuugi?????

That should be easy. Just get some heavyweight paper (I'd use 40-60 pound, but your miliage may vary) and start folding. Tie the "handle" end of it with some twine or white ribbon.

well I don't know what her fan looks like
But if you go to dharmatrading.com and look in the blanks section..they sell white silk fans that can be decorated very easily

I did his fan using a very thin sheet metal. Just fold it, fan out the top, and wrap the bottem.
