tifa costume

i decided i want to do a tifa costume
i found the faux leather fabric i want to use but i need help on how much i need
i also don't know how to cut sleeves for it
i honestly don't even know where to begin i found a good fabric and i bought some mini capris for the pants also i have something i can use for the whiye shirt under her top
so i need to make her back fabric part,front fabric part,the top

For the top, get a zip-up hoodie pattern. Rather than attaching the sleeves, fold the seam allowance in to make a small seam at the arm holes. Do the same for the neckline (don't attach the hood).

For the bottom part make it like a long skirt except put slits in the sides and make the front shorter.
