Help with Rikku!

For the trainer Rikku outfit, the sleeves involve a fabric that goes from a light yellow, to orange, pink then a dark red.

Now, I have no idea how to make said fabric or if I can buy it in any way. I've searched like mad but haven't found anything.
Any thoughts??

I think you have to dye the fabric to get the color gradient like that. Unless you somehow got really lucky and found a similar batik or tie-dye fabric in a local store, it's not normally the type of thing that's readily available.
