The pendant I'm trying to recreate is the pink shell one that the pink mermaid with blonde hair is wearing.

Ok. I would try searching toy aisles at Walmart & dollar stores for beach toys like this: http://tinyurl.com/354622
EDIT: I forgot I had another picture too: http://tinyurl.com/3da2su ^^;;

Look for the shell mold which you can either use on its own and add the "wings" (craft foam or clay), or use it as a mold for polymer clay or air-dry clay to make multiple pendants. Toys tend to have the stylized, puffy appearance which suits the character drawing. Any sea-themed toy that looks right will work --doesn't have to be a sand mold.

You can also try looking at candy or soap molds at craft stores to see if they have shells that are close to what you want.

Good luck!
