You should start with a wig that's already parted into ponytails --that'll just make things a bunch easier. Look for something like the 6th from the bottom of this page: http://www.cosplaysupplies.com/specials ... tion=WIGS4
in either white/silver or very pale pink or lavender. You can adjust the position of the ponytails to sit higher on the head, but at least the hair will already be sewn in the right way for the style you want.

Then you can use heat & various sprays to curl & shape the hair.

OH please don't use thoes wigs, they arnt good quality. They are truly Halloween quality wigs, very hard to style and deal with.

same wig diffrent sellers. I would recommend the ebay seller and you just need to add http://cgi.ebay.com/PAIR-PINK-CLIP-ON-P ... dZViewItem

to it to make it long enough. It just wraps around the top of the pigtail, no sewing involved. But you will have to straiten out the curls and waves.
http://www.pettingzoowigs.com/wigtutori ... ening.html this tutorial will show you how, and I have done it with that exact wig and add on for my rabi and rose costume I am working on and it works great.
