Costume Help: Sara Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch

I was wondering I am cosplaying as Sara from Mermaid Melody and I was wondering what type of materials should I use if you need a referance pic I will get it for you ^^

Also what would you suggest for making the shell, Mic and shoes ??
