Hot Topics, Any shoe store with a wide selection, Army Surplus store, Combat boots are basicly nrmal work boots in shiney black, although many shows just tuck the pants inward to make the boots look bigger.

I would search for stores that sell uniforms for EMS, police, and fire squads. I work as an EMT and had to buy black boots for my uniform. I love 'em! Usually these uniform stores have a decent selection that come in a range of prices. A good pair will probably cost about $100. Hope this helps!
