Mustaches?

Before anyone asks, no this is not for me. My husband is making a Luigi (Of Super Mario Bros. fame) costume to go along with my Princess Peach, and we're stuck on how to make a realistic Luigi mustache. Any tips on making/purchasing a large dark mustache? We'd also need eyebrows since he has light hair, but that I can do with an eyebrow pencil.
