I'm not sure if thoes are wood or not, but if they, understand wood weapons are banned from most conventions in North america. Foam is your friend.

As for size, theres a bunch of amazing prop makers out there who have made a few swords, also a thread on Cosplay.com devoted too just sword prop making, you mayb wanna go look up thoes.

I never knew wood props were banned Sakura con as far as I know last year allowed wood props. At Anime Oasis they had a real weapons dealer there and I believe Sakura con did last year, not sure on that but I know that Anime Oasis did. Everything was peace bonded.
