Sen costume

I am wondering how to make the bath house uniform that Chihiro wears while working at the bath house. Can someone tell me how to make it please. Let me know soon.

Try finding someone that has made an inuyasha costume and ask them what they did for theirs, All you'd have to do is make the sleeves smaller and more form fitting, same for the shorts. -Shrug- I don't know if this helped or not, but I tried.
