New Contest + Conventions Section Down

Oops, the forums were basically down for a day or two, I'm in the middle of reworking the conventions section, and I forgot that the forums used it. Convention section will still be down this week as I try to make it more useful.
More importantly, it's October, probably a favorite month for many cosplayers. Why? HALLOWEEN! In the spirit of things, we're holding a TRINITY BLOOD contest! Funimation has provided lots of goodies to give away for it, so check back soon for rules and information!
