Adding Cosplayer Page Bugs Fixed

Someone let me know there was a bug in the Tools Page, where if you were starting a new cosplayer page, after you submitted the information nothing happened. Fixed that, so anyone who's been trying to start a new cosplayer page in oh, the last 2 - 3 days, you should double check if your info went through. You can tell by just logging in and going to your tools page, then clicking on "Add/Modify Cosplayer Page". If your info pops up, we got it, if it doesn't enter it again. Sorry for the inconvenience ^_^;;
