:3 well im new here but howw i pick who i want to cosplay is usually based on my personality who i can definatley be and who i could be cause im good at cute, serious, funy, and others so usually i pick by that... :3 like for example my first cosplay i am making or well trying to make is Yui Hirasaw...

well i have never cosplayed but i know what to do and i can make my own costumes if i had time and money which would kinda take time i just need advise for if i should make it or someone else, they might charge more, or buy one idk which
