That is a tricky costume. :P Hrm. What I would do about the armor is pattern it in many sections. All of the raised pieces should be separate pattern pieces from the lower lying (sunken) armor. My friend recently bought from www.thedmsgirlfriend.com and her stuff was awesome! The cloak that she bought was made out of awesome materials and was legit. Good weight and was made well. Would definitely recommend it! I think they even do custom commissioned pieces.... Happy hunting!
