wellll sounds like you need to take it in. Sometimes it's a matter of tuking it in tighter but in a pinch pleating can take up a lot of the excess while leaving you the choice to let it out again.

Bias tape, or you could go with fabric paint. Looks like a bra top or a shortened vest. Make it snug around your barrel and a touch or rubber grip will make it hold in place better. Add a touch of fringe and you're good.

lol well if you don't need funtional goggles (cause the picture looks really flat) Fabric, cut out the design and paint the eye spots, but functional ones would be so cool. As for the necklace you could try polymer clay (Michael's or Jo Ann's)

hmm for the jacket you are looking a a modified trench Yoke (just past the shoulder blades) to front, shortened mod. sleeve (double fold bias tape will be your friend for the edging) with a slenderized side/front panel. Basic cargo pant with only one pocket simply put a few small pleats at the ankle...

A womens dressshirt, joann's may have a pattern. small cinching modifications, and I know it sounds odd but think of making the frount pannel solid while placing a thin zipper at the back, it will eliminate gaping in the button area when it's nice and snug. Work with a nice lycra if you can find it ...
