My friend actually made a collar for her little sister who was cosplaying as Sakura from CCS for Halloween...her school-outfit. I'm using that as a visual diagram.

The good thing about this collar is that I can use it on my Kirika costume too ^_^.

Okay, so I've been making and touching up a Japanese school-girl outfit for an upcoming convention.
