Construction Details:

This was... interesting? I draped the general shape I was looking for onto my dressform and basically freeform patterned from there. Had to put in lots of ruffles and sew bias tape neatly around and inside some corners. The only thing I didn't have to make was my vest, and I helped gingerybiscuit (Kotori) do some hand sewing and bias-taping on some of the others' outfits! I made the belt buckles and vest details for the entire group on a laser cutter with lineart I sketched myself in AI.

Personal Thoughts:

I said I wasn't going to do any cons during my senior year of college and now I'm a liar. I was invited to Maki up for a full NBG group and the easiest way to get me to sew something else while simultaneously working on 6 other projects for my senior thesis is to whisper 'group cosplay' into the wind

I LOVE THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE SO MUCH! I made SO many friends by being asked into this group and I cannot wait to do more with them!!
