Construction Details:

Zuko's over shirt is completely hand stitched, inside and out, along with parts of the under clothes. No pattern was used for his over and under shirts, nothing really worked when I tried to use them. Pants were machine sewn and feature the first pocket any of my cosplays have ever had. No fabric paint was used for lines or detail work and his shoes are 100% handmade. The shoe soles are leather and after the desired shape was formed, I sewed lining, canvas and the over fabric together to the leather base.
