Construction Details:

this costume wasn't too hard, i just altered a turtle neck and added the details, but i found it difficult to find a black pleated skirt anywhere sadly. even the shoes were very hard to find as well, but thank god for ebay lol you can find anything on there, even though i try not to use it that often
