Construction Details:

Well, I tried to make this as anime-esque as possible, since a) Utena is crazy anyways, and b) I have Utena-legs, or rather lack there-of XD So yeah, the skirt and the collar are both heavily interfaced in the attempts of it crisper and weirder than it would have otherwise. I used fancy fabrics on the tie and the off-white details 'cause hey, Ohtori is the most flamboyant private school I ever did see~
