About this Costume

the Bulleta costume was pretty simple and was worn for Ani-Magic 2003. I found the pink top at a thrift store and the rest is just red and white fabric sewn together. I had a really hard time with the little cape and the skirt, so a friend of mine (who makes costumes professionally) helped A LOT. Her name is Daisy.
