Construction Details:

All I made on this was the capelet, as my mom found an old raincoat of hers that worked perfectly. The outfit underneath was actually accurate to the one she wears, I had the suspenders and tie and everything. We didn't bother with the weapons, so we brought donuts instead.

Personal Thoughts:

I LOVE TRIGUN. MILLY IS THE BEST FOREVER. This was honestly just a huge trap meant to lure Tina into cosplaying Meryl with me and getting her to wear a skirt for the first time. Now she wears them all the time like a mf'ing champion. GO TINA.
