Construction Details:

Made this forever ago! The blue is all leftover fabric from my Officer Jenny costume, which is pretty thick, so it lays nicely. After staring at the little figure of the costume for a long time, I opted to make the sleeve poofs separate. I rigged the laces so the bow is hidden like the figure. The hat is plastic and tightly wrapped white fabric (matches sleeves, apron, bodice top, collar, and bloomers. The bloomers have the blue trim and little bows. The collar is heavily interfaced for stiffness and latches in front so the hook and eye is hidden. The ears are my second pair, which I love much more. Set on a white headband for comfort. They're made of craft foam and are a cone for the base, with a white cover.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume makes me feel all cute and fluffy! That is all I can say about it. XD Oh-that and the stupid hat gave me problems. =>.o=
