Cosplayer Shikarius > Costume of Marco Bodt from Attack on Titan
About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Made an unlined half jacket sans-buttons with the pattern that I made for Levi's jacket. So much easier than my full Levi jacket! The patches are iron-ons and the "harness" is just sewn elastic and some pleather. Didn't want to risk getting blood on my real harness.
The white shirt and jacket are safety pinned to a shredded black t-shirt, which holds the entire gent-up together.
The make-up took ~3.5 hours. The gory bits are all liquid latex-soaked tissue. I tissue and latex'd over half my shoulder and arm, peeled up the latex once it dried and shredded the edge a bit. If I pulled my arm behind my back, it really looks like it was shredded off. I've very proud! The face and stomach were done similarly. There's a bit of black athletic mesh spirit gummed over my eye with scar wax built up around it.
- Personal Thoughts:
- Needed something special for the Denver Zombie Crawl! AoT seemed perfect and I had a Marco wig so...
