About this Costume
Construction Details:
A lot of this costume was a little rushed since I was working on a pretty tight deadline, but I GOT IT DONE. There are a few things I will definitely go back and fix before I wear it again (especially the wig and making her ACTUAL gloves) but, regardless, I am so happy I was able to finish it in time to wear with my dragonmama, Envel (she's the Nowi in my pics! :D)

The dress is made out of peachskin and lined in an interlock knit. I used a pattern that worked out surprisingly well so I only did a few modifications by adding the sleeves. I chose interlock for the lining so that I could do a lettuce hem for the scalloped look. I love the drape on the peachskin, but I have to flat line it because it was a little too transparent. The collar is actually a separate piece that I may go back and change. The boots were made thanks to Envel's help. She sent me the pattern for her Nowi boots so we could match. The cape and the purse were made with patterns that I made and are made out of wool. Other than that, nothing too crazy with construction. But definitely such a fun and cute costume to wear! I can't wait to fix it up and wear her again! (Fanime maybe??)
Personal Thoughts:
Nah is ADORABLE! And I clearly have a thing for cosplaying as dragon characters from Fire Emblem! I went with her default hair (even though Gaius is her daddy in my game) because I like the look of it best!
