Construction Details:

The bodysuit started as a strapless shape wear that I found on sale. I died it green and airbrushed it a bit to deepen the emeral color. The vines are copper wire that I covered in Worbla for some support. I painted the pumps green, and coated them in both fine and coarse glitter (totally wearing these on St. Patty's Day!). I painted the leaves and gave some of them a darker border for contrast and to give it a more "drawn" look.

Personal Thoughts:

There was a mix of inspiration with this one. I adore HUSH and the way Poison Ivy looked in it, but I also kind of wanted to go for a pin-up look. I modeled the bodysuit after her HUSH costume and added the vines around her legs and arms, but I gave the vines a more delicate look and added the green glitter pumps to give it that sexy pin-up feel. Overall, I like how it turned out.
