Construction Details:

I had to make this dress twice before I got it right! I messed up the measurements completely the first time around, but I got it eventually. The main fabric used is a polyester and cotton blend that was already the perfect color for Liechtenstein's dress, stripes and all, so I didn't have to prepare it. The collar and cuffs are stiff cotton twill. I added a cotton petticoat with a satin trim for extra fullness.

The skirt is a circle skirt pattern since the previous attempt with an A line ended messily.
