About this Costume
Construction Details:
The main vest/hoodie was patterned by me and sewn and lined in stetchy knit fabric, and the cowl is a separate piece made of the same fabric. The gold parts on the vest are vinyl that I painted with metallic paint, and the crown, arm and leg bands are made out of craft foam. Also, I'm wearing little girls leggings from Target.

Ikol was sewn out of black and white fleece following my own pattern, and I glued feathers onto his wigs and tail to make him look like a real magpie. He now leers evilly at me from atop my easel.
Personal Thoughts:
Chira/Labocat is totes to blame for giving me the idea to make this outfit. Made for NYCC 2012, which both Kieron Gillen and Stephanie Hans attended, so I had a great time wearing this and got to meet a bunch of other fans!
