Construction Details:

The purple cotton skirt and top are layered over a white spandex unitard, with matching armwarmers. The collar stays up because of a batting insert, and the front flap is interfaced to keep it in the correct shape. I like so much about this costume- it's super comfortable to wear, it's bright, and it's comfy! The shoes were made with the whole group, we ended up making 8 pairs, then a few more later as others joined in the Naruto cosplay fun.
