Construction Details:

I found a dark red hoodie at Goodwill that I've overdyed with Wine RIT dye to get that maroon look. I've had the green shirt for years. It was originally from Old Navy. I bought the jeggings from Target a while ago. Instead of going barefoot and inviting who knows what, I'm going with flip-flops that I'll just take off for pics.
The bracelet/cuff/thing is made mostly from Foamies. There's some glue in there and some paint. But mostly Foamies. It's amazing stuff.

Personal Thoughts:

I had figured out how to do Haruko's iconic outfit, but I realized that it's going to take a lot more time and money than I have anytime soon to do correctly. Then I remembered the hoodie outfit. It also seems that this outfit isn't worn nearly as much by other cosplayers. I don't know why. It looks so comfy!

Styling Notes

It's structure isn't far off from what I need it to be. A little trimming, a little hairspray, and it's ready to go!
