Construction Details:

This costume's pretty tough to keep in place, with all the layers and the hoopskirt being a strange shape. I made the hoopskirt myself, which was an adventure in anchoring it to keep it from pushing forward on the last hoop where there's a gap. I had made little butterflies for the gloves as well, but unfortunately they broke at the con.
