About this Costume
Construction Details:
The apron is cute but kinda stupid. Haha~ Group aside, it was my biggest deterrent in actually making the outfit. I managed to get something pretty close, I think. I could nitpick, but I'm pretty happy with it. It's 'cotton sheeting' (the same color I used for my Morgiana cosplay). It's top-stitched all the way around and fastens with a baby -snap in the back (the bow also just snaps on). The neckline it a bit high, so I might go back and fix that if I wear it again.

The skirt is a very simple circle skirt made from a black twill-like bottomweight (not too sure because they have weird names for thing here in Japan. XD).

The blouse is also a light cotton (probably that 'sheeting stuff' again because it's the cheapest, but I can't remember), original pattern by me because the blouse has a strange stand-up collar, keyhole front, and ribbon which goes through the top-front of the shirt, but not around the neck. I didn't want to deal with buttons without machine capable of buttonholes, so I made it so I can pull it on without buttons. Darts for fitting.

Personal Thoughts:
I've been wanting to cosplay Kotori since I saw the show! I finally just decided to go for it, even though I didn't have a group.
