- The dress was bought off of someone and I just let out the hem a bit.
- Personal Thoughts:
- Panty Stocking! Panty Panty Stocking! This dress was actually bought off of CarlaDawn and the wig is from my previous Panty costume. The only thing I actually had to make for this costume were the gun and shoes :3
