Construction Details:

Made this entirely by hand with my own patterns in the period of about a week and a half. The most time-consuming part was the trim on the skirt.

Personal Thoughts:

During the first Boston cosplay picnic, Anna-neko mentioned that she wished I could have been Wakaba with her Utena then, so while she was away I decided to surprise her with this! We never did get to cosplay Utena together, though, sadly.
