Skirt : many of you are wondering where I get the skirt which is quite accurate, : taobao. Certain shops have pre-printed skirt. You can order separately IF you are planning to make a coat more accurately. (taobao a lot of rikka's coat are blue/black, but not dark blue that I wanted)

But keep in mind that printed skirts are much more expensive. So do think twice before proceed to ordering o/ GOOD LUCK!
