Construction Details:

Everything except for the wig and boots were made by me. The shirt has pleats in the front and down the entire length of the sleeves. The S.E.E.S. band was hand painted, the buttons on my skirt custom painted, and the skirt drafted by hand as well.

ALL OF THE MITSURU PLEATS. SO MANY PLEATS.

Personal Thoughts:

This is the last costume I was asked to do by my boyfriend before we were actually dating. Mitsuru's outfit is a lot more complex than people realize, and it took me awhile to figure out how I was going to do it. I still have to finish my boots and redo my sleeves (*cries*) before she's 100% complete.
