Construction Details:

This ended up being a lot harder than I thought... XD The skirt is a thick stretch cotton in a box pleat, the main parts of the costume are cotton, and the white of the armbands and the boots are lycra. Everything lined (except what has a stretch, although the boot cuffs are lined to give it stability). The bow is double interfaced to stand upright. Boots have the main seams done by machine, but details hand stitched. Made it a point to get a ring and put her mark on my left middle fingernail. Er.... that's it for the costume itself...? The wig's fringe was styled by my sister, Lolita Minako. She also redid the ponytail into two to help distribute the weight. Staff was made by Roy Harms and can be dismantled to be her whip.

Did this for a panel show at ShadoCon 2012 called "The Gala of Confusion." :]

Styling Notes

We just had to redo the ponytails (it got funky in shipping and was too thick just for one) and trim the fringe.

Wig Review

Only reason it isn't a 5 is because it didn't really look like the photo much and weighs a ton. But it's a HIGH four!
