Construction Details:

This was a very difficult costume for me at the time because I was such a newbie at sewing.
I bought a pattern for a sundress and slightly altered it. I drafted the pattern for the shrug myself. The hat was a witch hat that I extended with cardstock and wire. The staff is a wooden dowel, model magic, and a plastic piece from a gasoline funnel.

Personal Thoughts:

I chose to do black mage Rikku because it is actually my favorite class in the game, and who doesn't like igniting your enemies on fire!
