About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- A simple ballgown with the windows, black panels, and police band attached. Sign, patch, and police band were done with puff paint. The sign and patch can be removed.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I love being the TARDIS. It's always such a blast to wear. I actually have a little light hat but I left it at home before con! T.T
