About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Most of the stuff was altered Forever 21 clothes. The hat was a white one that I painted. The purse, C-Gear, and wrist band were made from scratch, and the Ultra Ball was bought. I used my own hair + a clip on ponytail to add volume.
