Construction Details:

I made everthing except the wig and thigh highs. Boot covers were made using Fire Lily cosplay's tutorial, the dress, vest and hat were made from patterns, the arm warmers I just winged it, and I painted the design on the bottom of the dress and hat. I even made the necklace.

Personal Thoughts:

my friends and I did a group in the heroes regular outfits but we hope to do the super hero versions one day.
