Construction Details:

The collar, skirt, and glove tops are made out of dull satin; the leotard and gloves are made out of hi-performance knit; and the bows are made out of iridescent taffeta. All the patterning for our stuff was done by our Uranus, who got her info from various tutorials as well as people she knows IRL.

Personal Thoughts:

I have loved Sailor Moon for what feels like forever. It was the first anime I knew was anime and the one that really sparked my interest in anime in general and Pluto has always been my favorite scout (with Jupiter a close second). So when I got asked to be in an outer scout group, I jumped at the chance! ^_^

Styling Notes

The base wig was barely modified, just some bang trimming and pulling a few hairs into a ponytail. The bun was made from styrofoam covered in extensions salvaged from another wig.
