Construction Details:

All elements of this costume were purchased. The hat was painted black because it originally came in dark green, the original band and flower were removed and replace with a last minute, somewhat-accurate hat band. The blazer was modified from long sleeve to 3/4, with cuffs added to the arms to better match the blazer she wears in the movie.

Personal Thoughts:

This was a last minute "closet" costume that I pulled together for Dragon*con when I got back from Japan. I've always been told I resemble Anne Hathaway, so with her playing Catwoman in the new Batman movie trilogy, it was inevitable that I'd add her stylish, chic Selina Kyle to my to-do list in a heartbeat!
