About this Costume
Construction Details:
The costume is almost entirely cotton broadcloth (which was not a great choice - it wrinkles a lot and made it very difficult to fit it well), except for the black, which is stretch sateen (since I had extra lying around). The red shirt is poplin, and made from a Cos-Mode pattern. The jacket a heavily-modified version of the same pattern I used for Senjougahara's blouse. The skirt was free-patterned and was more of a nightmare in construction than it should have been.

I also felt that I /had/ to make Esmeralda - she and Masako are a team! Cos-Mode released a pattern for the three Takakura penguins, so I altered that. Esmeralda is made from a minky-like fabric I found in the remnants bin at JoAnn, and two full bags of Polyfill! Her eyes are appliqued on, and the white dots are fabric paint.

Personal Thoughts:
Love my wig <3
